Cancellation/REFUND POLICY

Full Refund:

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before your tour, you receive a full refund of anything paid. This gives us ample time to rebook your spot for another group of adventurers.

Partial Refund:

If you cancel your booking between 7 and 13 days prior to your tour, we will refund 50% of your deposit, or you may reschedule. If you’ve paid in full, you would be refunded 75% of the total cost of the tour. We understand that life happens, this policy helps us cover some of our pre-tour preparations.

Late Cancellation, rescheduling, or unpaid booking:

Cancellation within 7 days or less of your tour, or if full payment is not received, the booking will be cancelled and no refunds will be issued. Rescheduling your tour is left to the discretion of Wylie Excursions and subject to availability. Cancellations this short-notice leaves us with little-to-no time to re-book your spot for other adventurers.

Bookings:

Full payment is to be made 14 days prior to your tour. Bookings made less than 14 days of the desired tour date are to be paid in full in order to lock in your date.
