TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All Participants: Please follow the direction of the guides at all times for your safety and the safety of those around you. We reserve the right to immediately remove anyone not compliant from the tour without refund.

 

Under 18 Years of Age: Anyone under 18 years old must have their legal guardian/parent sign their waiver form.

 

Safety and Training: All participants will receive a safety briefing and basic training for ATV operation – It is crucial that all instruction is followed!

 

Equipment: Helmets, Goggles and ATV’s are provided to each participant on every tour, it is mandatory that all safety gear is used by driver AND passenger when operating ATV/SxS. We highly recommend using the goggles provided, however you may use your own glasses, sunglasses or safety glasses instead.

 

Drugs/Alcohol: Use of drugs and alcohol is strictly prohibited before and during the tour – Detection of any use of these is subject to cancellation of your tour with NO refund.

 

Eligibility: Valid G2/M2 and above driver’s licence is required to drive/operate an ATV or SxS. All passengers must be at least 8 years old.

 

Liability Waivers: All participants are required to sign a liability waiver prior to the tour. This waiver acknowledges risks associated with all activity on the tour and releases Wylie Excursions from liability for any accidents or injuries.

 

Physical Fitness: ATV-ing requires a good measure of physical activity, please ensure you and your group are in good physical health. Please make sure to inform us if there are any medical conditions that may affect the participants ability to safely take part in the tour.

 

Damage Deposit: A pre-authorized damage deposit of min. $500 and up to $2500 (calculated at our discretion) will be required for each ATV/SxS prior to the tour to cover any damages incurred on the tour. In the event of damage to the unit, the operator/driver is responsible for up to $3,000 of damage. Upon safe/undamaged return of all units, the deposit will be refunded following the tour.

 

Leave no Trace: We highly respect nature and are committed to preserving the environment which we are fortunate to operate around – In order to uphold the leave-no-trace initiative, we ask that all participants stay on the designated trails, never leave any garbage behind or in a place where it could fly out while riding, and that everyone respect wildlife and natural habitats.

 

Weather Conditions: We ride rain or shine, off-road adventures are fun and exciting in all types of weather, so please dress appropriately (refer to What to Expect). However, if unsafe weather is predicted we hold to right to reschedule or cancel (and refund) the tour.

Personal Belongings: Wylie Excursions is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost or damaged during the tour.
